Dear CODEPINKer, Thank you for being our first blossoms! In less than a week since we launched the Women Say No to War campaign, 10,000 of you signed on! And every day we get exciting messages from people around the world saying how thrilled they are to see women coming together to resist the war in Iraq. In our bouquet, each flower represents 1,000 names. Ten flowers are now blooming. Won't you help us complete the field of dreams? Here's how:
So let's make 100 flowers bloom. Let's unleash the power of women across generations, races, religions and borders to say no to war. With compassion, determination and love, we can work together to build a powerful, women-led movement capable of stopping this war-and future wars! In peace, P.S. To make this a truly global call, please reach out to your international contacts. If you have access to a website, here are banners that you can put up. |
