Afghanistan War Protest in Hyde Park

 On a cold afternoon in Chicago's Hyde Park neighborhood, a few hundred people gathered together to protest the 8th anniversary of the Afghanistan war. The theme of "Bring the Troops Home Now!" was brought home to the crowd by the speakers, including Juan Torres, whose son was killed in Afghanistan.

After the speakers, the crowd marched through Hyde Park. We were greeted by many residents and had the chance to engage them in conversation about the war.
