What Noble Cause? With
one courageous action last summer, “Peace Mom” Cindy Sheehan galvanized
the peace movement and brought people together from all over the world
to stop the U.S. and President Bush from continuing it's illegal and
immoral war on Iraq. On April 4, 2004, her son, Casey, 24, was killed
in Iraq. Refusing to accept the lies that President Bush uses to
justify the death of her son, she made a stand outside his Crawford
Ranch. Last August Cindy Sheehan went to Crawford, Texas where the
President was spending his 6-week summer vacation to ask him, "Why did
you kill my son? - What did my son die for?"
CODEPINKwomen were by Cindy's side in Crawford from the first day she
arrived in Texas and have continued to support her actions since then.
