More than 50 people protested in Phoenix Wednesday night over the escalation of the war in Afghanistan. Two volunteer-based groups, CODEPINK and the End the War Coalition, held a demonstration with banners, signs and bagpipes in the intersection of 24th Street and Camelback Road near Biltmore Fashion Park. |
