Heal those returning

My resolution: To put every effort I have into ending the war and occupation of Iraq. Doing this also requires we take care of those veterans who are returning home wounded, both physically and emotionally. Our office receives far too many phone calls and letters from struggling mothers, brothers, wives, and grandparents who are trying to heal the emotional wounds of those returning home from war. The war may end in Iraq, but it won't for some of our GIs.

In addition to that:

- I want to re-connect with old friends I have strayed from

- Not only love, but experience new and wonderful things with my partner

- Be an active participant in struggles that are not normally my own

- I would also like to be more patient, curse less, learn to rollerblade, spend less money, and write more letters by hand.
