Dear Activist,

This week in Washington DC, the powerful drone lobby AUVSI (the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International) held their annual conference, touting their message that "drones save lives". We've been busy derailing their business-as-usual from inside and outside the conference! Help us tell the drone lobby that making a killing out of killing is immoral and unacceptable by emailing the entire AUVSI staff.

Inside the conference, CODEPINK National Coordinator Alli McCracken made a splash when she disrupted the opening session by asking keynote speaker Lieutenant General Barclay about the innocent civilians killed by drone strikes. Outside, dozens of activists staged a dramatic die-in, and some moved hauntingly up and down the sidewalk in drone costumes, “targeting” the conference-goers. Join us in pressuring the drone lobby by emailing the entire AUVSI staff with a message of your own.
