Dear CODEPINKer,

Were you as inspired by 2011 as I was??

In January of 2012 I will have been on the CODEPINK national staff for one year, and I have never felt so inspired and empowered before in my life! This is not only because the massive wave of protests taking place across the entire world, but because of the way CODEPINK has played such an important role leading up to and during this exciting global movement--contributing with creativity, joy, love, and support.

CODEPINKers brought flowers to Egyptian women in Tahrir Square, joined assemblies with Greek protesters in Syntagma Square, slept on the floor in Madison's capitol building, pitched tents at occupations across the US, participated in general strikes, and rocked out in flash mobs.

But that's not all. We've also been holding war criminals accountable, supporting Bradley Manning, boycotting Israeli settlement goods, working to ground the drones, and taking action to bring our war dollars home. Phew!

What an awesome time to be a part of CODEPINK!!! I have had the wonderful opportunity to work on these campaigns and more, and none of them would have been possible without your help. This holiday season, please consider making a generous donation to help us continue to work for peace, across the US and the world. Our success depends on your contributions.

On behalf of the CODEPINK staff, we send our warm wishes and look forward to to a new year of energy and inspiration.

Peace,
Alli McCracken, CODEPINK DC

P.S. Didn't think the year was so great,
