Dear CODEPINKer,

When Jodie Evans delivered the voices of Afghan women to President Obama, she was also delivering a demand for accountability. The women of Afghanistan are calling for accountability from the US as well as from the corrupt Afghan leaders that our government supports. How can we have true peace or justice if our leadership doesn't own up to the devastation they have wrought?

Need some help identifying War Criminals in your midst? Donate $10 to CODEPINK through America's Giving Challenge and get these exclusive War Criminal Playing Cards! Click here to donate and make sure to send your mailing address to us.*

You can also use our website to track where the war criminals will be and how to do a citizen's arrest action! Let Bush's "motivational speaking tour" motivate you to arrest the war criminal!

With our pink police uniforms and ready-to-cuff-em demeanor, CODEPINK takes accountability seriously. Just last week, in the name of the 1,400 citizens of Gaza killed during the 22-day assault, 22 activists from Bay Area CODEPINK and many other peace and justice organizations were arrested while attempting to arrest former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert during his speech in San Francisco. You can see a YouTube video of the action here and read the AP article here. CODEPINKers were also on hand in Texas at the launch of George W. Bush's national speaking tour this Monday, waving an "Arrest Bush" banner near the stage.

Now you can be part of the action!

With your $10 donation you will receive a gift of our newest War Criminals playing cards--we hope the cards educate you and inspire you to grab a set of pink handcuffs and go make a citizen's arrest, yourself. Our "how-to-arrest-a-war-criminal" guide is included!

Thank you for helping to hold these war criminals accountable!

Slapping the cuffs on for peace,
Dana, Emily, Farida, Gael, Gayle, Janet, Jodie, Marina, Medea, Nancy, Paris, Rae, Suzanne, and Whitney

LOCAL ACTION HIGHLIGHTS!
CODEPINK's Golden Gate Chapter has been working intensely on accountability and justice for former officials and torture policy architects who lied us into a war, tortured, and violated our civil rights. Since May the group has been protesting torture adviser and current UC Berkeley law professor John Yoo at his house and at his classroom. See coverage of their Boo Yoo protest yesterday here! www.codepinkgoldengate.org
